Ginn Mill Rules
The Ginn Mill has a zero-tolerance policy. Guests are required to always comply with policies and applicable laws. Any guest found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave the venue at Staff or Management’s discretion and all removed guests forfeit their right to any applicable refunds.
All persons entering premises after 9pm but be +21 plus, individuals under 21 years of age must be accompanied by someone of legal age before 9pm.
No weapons of any kind are allowed on premises.
Re-entry is not permitted without additional security check of your persons.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individuals we deem to be over-intoxicated, hostile, disrespectful, or causing issues with general front door security protocols.
All Persons are subject to pat down searches, use of metal detector before entry.
All forms of identification are subject to being scanned and checked through a national database, I.D.’s found to be fake, being used by an underage individual are subject for removal from the persons attempting to use them.
No outside beverages of any kind, including water are allowed upon entry.
All purses, strap bags, fanny packs, backpacks must be opened fully and searched.
No gang related colors or clothing head to toe are permitted.
Hoods are not permitted to be worn past entry; guest may be asked to leave if wearing a hood once they have entered the premises
No offensive or vulgar clothing allowed.
Staff and management reserve the right to remove all individuals believed to be causing hostile, or inappropriate interactions or environments.
Disrespect towards or incapability to follow commands given by staff is grounds for removal.
Any individuals found to be causing property damage, including use of graffiti of any kind, are subject to prosecution.
Physically lit cigarettes or marijuana product outside of designated outdoor areas is grounds for removal.
Notice of filming: This area is being used to photograph and record video and film footage in connection with the promotional and publicity campaign of The Ginn Mill. By your presence at The Ginn Mill, you grant permission for your likeness to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration.
Flash photography is not permitted.
No professional cameras or recording devices are permitted.
